Jonathan Dickinson State Park, Topic Four–January 28 to February 8, 2013

We stayed at Jonathan Dickinson State Park for 11 days. Gin and Syl arrived a day after us. Unfortunately, they both contracted “The Flu” at Disney World;o(( So they just stayed put and spent several days kicking the bug!! A little later in the week, Dan and Tricia arrived. Rather than do a day by day account, we will cover our stay here by topics. Click on any topic to go there directly.

TOPIC  ONE:  THE CAMPGROUND…
TOPIC  TWO:   SUNRISE and SUNSET…
TOPIC  THREE:  BIRDS and CRITTERS…
TOPIC  FOUR:  FLOWERS and TREES…

As we explored the campground, we were amazed at the large number of interesting flowers.
Of course, we don’t know the names of most of them.
Regardless, they are still pretty;o))

  1. You're just as good with the flower pictures as the bird pictures. And the flowers stay still a lot longer so you can get the perfect shot.

You're not missing any of nature's beauty! :c)

  3. We sure have enjoyed Florida this winter. I think we've got one more winter here before we got too restless. Very nice flowers.

  4. You make the park seem like an arboretum. Beautiful pictures and beautifully displayed.
